Welcome to Mental Health Mingle (MHM). By accessing or using our website, portal, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MHM’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms
2. Eligibility
Mental Health Mingle (MHM) services are intended exclusively for individuals who are currently enrolled in a graduate-level mental health program, supervised mental health professionals, and licensed mental health professionals. Our resources, discussions, and continuing education courses are designed specifically for those pursuing or practicing in the mental health field. By using MHM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these terms and understand that MHM’s content is for educational and professional development purposes only.
3. Membership & Accounts
- Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
- MHM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
- Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis each month (or as per the selected billing cycle) until canceled. You authorize MHM to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- MHM reserves the right to change pricing with notice.
5. Community Guidelines
Users must adhere to the following:
- Be respectful to all members
- Do not share confidential client information.
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior.
- Do not distribute copyrighted or proprietary materials without permission.
- Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform
6. Supervision & Job Listings
- MHM provides a platform to connect professionals but does not vet or guarantee the accuracy of supervision listings or job postings.
- Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any listings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including resources, templates, courses, and branding, belongs to MHM and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
MHM provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
9. Limitation of Liability
MHM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
MHM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct that disrupts the platform.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Alabama/United States
